Speculations over the audio launch and release date of Ajith's "Arrambam" ("Aarambam") are doing the rounds on the social media for quite some time.

Earlier, there were reports that "Arrambam" might get released for Diwali. Latest buzz is about the film's audio launch date. Reports have emerged that the film's music launch will take place in September. It is also said the launch function could take place on the auspicious day of Vinayaka Chaturthi, which falls on 9 September. However, there is no official confirmation on the same.

Ajith fans are looking forward to the music and trailer of the film. "Arrambam" music has been composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, whose 100th album "Biriyani" was officially launched on Wednesday (21 August).  

Yuvan has given "Arramabam" a master copy to the producer of the film. Confirming the news, senior film journalist Sreedhar Pillai tweeted, "#AJITH'S #Arrambam Dart (Music Master), handed over by @Raja_Yuvan 2 the producer who will hand it over 2 @SonyMusicSouth . Audio in Sep."

According to reports, there are five songs in the film. Expectations over Arrambam" is high owing to the popularity of Ajith's "Mankatha" songs, which were big hits among the youth. The theme songs in "Mankatha" and Ajith's other film "Billa" were really popular among the masses. It remains to be seen if Yuvan will be able to recreate the magic for "Arrambam".

The action drama flick is directed by Vishnu Vardhan, who has teamed up with Ajith for the second time post the success of "Billa". Nayanthara, who was seen along with Ajith in "Billa", will feature in a pivotal role in "Arrambam".

The film also boasts of a big star cast including Arya, Taapsee Pannu, Rana Daggubati, Mahesh Manjrekar and Atul Kulkarni. Arya is said to be playing a hacker in the film. Earlier, reports suggested that Ajith essays the hacker character but the film's director confirmed it is Arya who is playing the role.
