The ongoing Indian Super League (ISL) match seems to be a star studded affair as many Bollywood celebs, who co-own franchises make frequent appearances to cheer their respective teams.

The 4 November match between Chennaiyin FC and Atletico De Kolkata in Chennai was a huge moment for the audiences when home team's co-owner Abhishek Bachchan stepped into the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium along with wife and former Miss World Aishwarya Rai.

Aishwarya was seen wearing the Chennai team's blue jersey along with her husband, who co-owns the team along with Mahendra Singh Dhoni, while cheering the team as it played against Kolkata.

The actress' presence was felt in the stadium as the audience couldn't let their eyes off her and remained glued to their seats.

Although the match ended in a tie, both Abhishek and Aishwarya seemed to be happy with it. Later, the couple went on to greet their fans on the field. The beauty queen presented the Hero of the Match Award to Luis Garcia from Atletico De Kolkata.

Abhishek took to Twitter to appreciate his boys for their unbeatable spirit. He even posted some pictures of him and Aishwarya on Instagram as they cheered for their team.

This is not the first time the Bachchan bahu has accompanied her husband to support his sports team. She has already proved to be Abhishek's lucky charm when she joined him during the final match of Pro Kabaddi League, where their team Jaipur Pink Panther emerged as the winner.

Meanwhile, Abhishek has been receiving overwhelming responses for his stupendous performance in Shah Rukh Khan's latest release "Happy New Year".

On the other hand, Aishwarya Rai will make her comeback with Sanjay Gupta's "Jazbaa", the shooting of which is likely to start by next month.
