Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai is having a very busy schedule. After the Cannes Film Festival extravaganza comes to an end, the actress is expected to join international pop stars, Madonna and Beyoncé, in London for charity concert ''The Sound of Change Live'.

The concert hosted by the charity group "Chime for Change" will be held on 1 June at Twickenham stadium in the British capital. The actress, who is now in Cannes with her 16-month-old daughter Aaradhya, will be joined by husband Abhishek Bachchan for the charity event, according to PTI.

The "Chime for Change" is a global charity that aims to raise funds for women related issues. The charity works to promote education, health and justice for every girl and women.

"I am proud to be joining the growing international movement on behalf of girls and women around the world," said Salma Hayek Pinault, co-founder of Chime for Change. "I believe that by working together we can change the course of history to ensure that girls and women are empowered to realize their potential and thrive."

The concert is guaranteed to fund at least 120 projects that will support women and girls across the world. And what's more interesting is that each ticket holder can choose from the many projects supporting education, health and justice for girls and women.

The ticket holder will get one month's time to select a project.

"I have always felt strongly about equal opportunity for women. Girls have to be taught from early on that they are strong and capable of being anything they want to be. It's up to us to change the statistics for women around the world. I'm honored to be in the company of women who live fearlessly and set an example for the next generation of young ladies," co-founder Beyoncé Knowles-Carter said.
