When Marvel's new television series "Agent Carter" returns on ABC with its finale this Tuesday, 24 February, at 9pm, viewers can expect a showdown between Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) and Dottie Underwood (Bridget Regan).
"The showdown has been brewing throughout the course of the season and it does come to fruition," Regan told TV Line.
She also talked about Underwood's plan to kill Carter in the finale of Marvel series titled "Valediction". According to the actress, the character has carried out the objectives of Fennhoff aka Dr Ivchenko (Ralph Brown).
As per the official synopsis of the show, Peggy faces the full fury of Leviathan, as Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper) makes his return in the explosive season finale of Marvel's "Agent Carter".
Meanwhile, executive producer Michele Fazekas revealed that the viewers will get to watch a more vulnerable side of Stark in episode 8 titled "Valediction".
"He actually has a tremendous guilt over his involvement in what is happening and feels at least partially responsible for it, even though he's only responsible in the broadest sense," she told IGN.
