Cricketer Harbhajan Singh and wife Geeta Basra, who tied the knot November last year, are reportedly expecting their first child. The pregnancy speculations sparked at the opening ceremony of the IPL, held April 8, when Geeta was seen with a baby bump in a loose dress.
Harbhajan and Geeta have not yet confirmed the pregnancy reports, but a source close to the duo has confirmed the news to the Times of India. The source said that Geeta, who hails from London, will be flying back to the U.K. to be with her family.
Actress Geeta was spotted in a white loose dress with a jacket, which was covering her baby bump, and she was also wearing comfy sneakers. Despite no confirmation, Geeta's pictures from the event shows that she might be expecting.
Not only Geeta, but another celeb wife is rumoured to be pregnant. There have been several reports of Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput expecting their first child. Mira is said to be in the second trimester, but the couple has not responded to these reports yet.
Mira attended the Lakme Fashion Week, where she was spotted with an apparent baby bump. While that got tongues wagging about Mira's pregnancy, Masaba Gupta reposted Mira's Instagram post that sparked speculations. The post featured Mira and Masaba's photo with the caption: "Two M's and a Bum #sayheytobey – little M."
After Geeta-Harbhajan and Mira-Shahid, there's another celebrity pair who are gearing up to welcome a new member to their family. Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza are expecting their second child. The actress is currently heavily pregnant. The duo's first child Riaan was born in November 2014.
