After Salman Khan broke ties with manager Reshma Shetty, will she be beneficial for Akshay Kumar?

After Salman Khan broke ties with PR firm Matrix, headed by Reshma Shetty, Akshay Kumar has reportedly hired the same.

Akshay has hired Reshma as his manager to handle his works related to his movies, controversies etc, according to DNA. It was reported some time back that the Tubelight actor is no longer handled by Reshma's team.

Apparently, Matrix is the same firm that was hired by Sanjay Dutt on a recommendation from Salman after he was released from jail. The actor needed a strong PR mechanism to repair his image, and get good movie offers. However, there were reports that Sanjay too was disappointed by Reshma's PR techniques, and had eventually fired her.

There were reports that this incident had affected the bonding between Salman and Sanjay, as the latter had fired her when she was recommended by Salman. Nevertheless, now Akshay has joined hands with Reshma.

It looks like the Jolly LLB 2 actor wants to build a good image after he was much scrutinised for being awarded the national award for Rustom. There were allegations like the actor had given money to get the award, or had won it as he has good relations with the committee chief Priyadarshan. Let's see if Reshma's PR agency comes fruitful for Akshay or he too soon gets rid of it.
