'Blast from the past' is an apt idiom in this case. Turns out locking lips with Upen Patel on "Bigg Boss 8" is not Karishma Tanna's only 'bold' act.

A few years ago, the "Grand Masti" actress starred in a sensuous music video. Sung by Suman Sridhar, the classic "Khoya Khoya Chand" was remixed by "Shaitan" composer Mike McCleary. Going by the stage name 'The Bartender', he has three albums – Classic Bollywood: Shaken not Stirred (2011), B Seventy (2013) and Classic Bollywood With A Twist (2014) – to his credit.

Done in monochrome, the video follows Karishma's strut across the hallway of a plush pub. While she lures the man of her choice, bystanders gaze at her with disbelief. What looks like an act of seduction turns nasty when she drinks his blood using her canines. Rajkumar Rao too gives a blink-and-miss appearance in the short video.

A few weeks ago, an underwear commercial surfaced in which she is seen convincing her partner to ditch work and stay home. After her successful stint in the soap "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi", the actress had reportedly taken up modeling assignments.

She made her Bollywood debut with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Akshay Kumar's "Dosti: Friends Forever". She has now signed "Tina and Lolo" alongside Bollywood actress and former porn star Sunny Leone.

Her "BB8" journey has been a good one so far. Playing the right cards at the right time has helped her to become a Champion and also viewers' favourite.
