Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is gearing up for a Garba dance in her upcoming film "Ram Leela".

According to reports, the leggy lass will be seen sizzling in a new number just like Aishwarya Rai who wooed the audience with her impeccable moves in two popular tracks - "Nimbooda" and "Dholi Taaro Dhol Baaje", from filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali's "Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam".

Speaking about Deepika's song in "Ram Leela", an insider said, "The song will project her as sensuously as Aishwarya Rai's Nimbooda and Dholi Taaro Dhol Baaje numbers in Hum...Dil De Chuke Sanam," DNA reported.

Directed and produced by Bhansali, "Ram Leela" features Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone as the eponymous leads. The film, which is set to hit screens on 15 November, is said to be an Indian adaptation of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.

The reports of Deepika's song in "Ram Leela" come soon after a source close to film brushed off rumours that Bhansali had approached Madhuri Dixit for an item song in the film.

"Ram Leela" will be Ranveer Singh's second release of the year after "Lootera" and Deepika's fourth film after "Race 2", "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" (YJHD) and "Chennai Express". While Rohit Shetty directorial "Chennai Express" is due to release on 8 August, Deepika's  "Race 2" and "YJHD" did tremendously well at the box office with the latter being one of the blockbusters of the year.

With the announcement of Deepika's garba in the film, the audience is desperate to watch the actress groove to the song and see if the she beat the Bachchan Bahu with her performance.
