'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' vs 'Shivaay': What experts have to say about the box office clash

The teaser of "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" is out and comparisons are being made between Karan Johar's romantic drama and Ajay Devgn's action thriller, "Shivaay." Both the films will be released on Oct. 28, causing a box office clash.

The teaser of "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" has received positive response and fans are eagerly waiting to see Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anushka Sharma and Fawad Khan on the big screen together. On the other hand, the first trailer of the Ajay Devgn-starrer, "Shivaay" has stunned all with its visuals and action sequences. 

Although "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" and "Shivaay" are two different genres, social media is abuzz with comparisons between the two. Many critics and trade experts along with fans have been sharing their opinion on the big upcoming clash. While some said that Karan Johar's intense romantic drama looks impressive enough to beat "Shivaay," some others opined that "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" is no match for Ajay's action thriller.

The teaser of "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" suggests that the movie will narrate a story on one-sided love and complicated relationships. On the other hand, the first trailer of "Shivaay" impressed people with its cinematography and action sequences, but did not reveal much about the film's plot.
