New Delhi, Dec 4 (ANI): Indian Navy Chief Admiral RK Dhowan on Thursday said that inquiry is still on over the unfortunate explosions in INS Sindhurakshak and all aspects are being analyzed. Dhowan on Wednesday had indicated that human error could also be one of the reasons that led to the destruction of India_s frontline conventional submarine INS Sindhurakshak that was gutted and sank after multiple explosions at the Mumbai naval dockyard on August 14, 2013.
