Aligarh, Aug 17 (ANI): UP minister Shivpal Yadav who has in a five-member committee probed the communal violence in Saharanpur and had blamed administration for lapses in the incident and also questioned the role of a BJP leader, said on Sunday that UP government controlled the situation in time. He also said that action will be taken against people who caused violence.
