Academy of Country Music Awards 2016 predictions: Who will win â€” Carrie Underwood or Miranda Lambert?

The 51st annual Academy of Country Music Awards will be broadcast April 3, 2016 at 8 p.m. (EST) on CBS.

It looks like fans will be spoilt for choice come Sunday as the Academy of Country Music Awards and iHeartRadio Music Awards will be broadcast at the same time â€” 8 pm (EST). The Academy of Country Music Awards will be broadcast live on CBS, while the iHeartRadio Music Awards will be telecast live on TNT, truTV and TBS.

The Academy of Country Music Awards, currently in its 51st edition, will be hosted by country music giants Dlerks Bentley and Luke Bryan. It will see performances by the likes of Old Dominion, Blake Shelton and Little Big Town.

Awards will be given in more than 20 catergories, among which the winners of music industry categories and special awards have already been announced. Also, winners of four awards from the main category have also been declared. Ross Copperman has won the Songwriter of the Year, Old Dominion has grabbed the New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year, Kelsea Ballerini has won the New Female Vocalist of the Year and Chris Stapleton has been named the New Male Vocalist of the Year.
