Actor Abhishek Bachchan shared that his first love from Bollywood was the yesteryear diva Zeenat Aman.
He revealed this on Sajid Khan and Riteish Deshmukh's chat show 'Yaaron Ki Baraat', recounting a funny incident during the shooting of the movie 'Mahaan'.
"She was my first love. We were shooting for 'Mahaan' in Kathmandu. One evening, we were eating together in a restaurant," the 'Dhoom' star recalled.
After dinner, when Zeenat Aman was about to leave, little Abhishek asked her, "Where are you going?" She responded, "I am going to my room."
Curious, Abhishek asked why she was going to her room, and Zeenat said she was going to sleep.
Since Abhishek was young and unaccustomed to sleeping alone, he asked, "You sleep alone?"
Innocently, he offered, "Should I come and sleep with you?"
The action thriller 'Mahaan' was directed by S. Ramanathan.
The film, backed by Satyanarayana and Suryanarayana, featured Amitabh Bachchan in a triple role along with Waheeda Rehman, Parveen Babi, Ashok Kumar, Amjad Khan, Kader Khan, Aruna Irani, Sujit Kumar, and Shakti Kapoor.
Legendary composer R.D. Burman provided the music for 'Mahaan', which was an official remake of the 1978 Kannada film 'Shankar Guru'.
Zeenat Aman began her acting career in 1970 with 'The Evil Within'. She entered Bollywood in 1971 with 'Hungama' and 'Hulchul'.
Her fame skyrocketed with the film 'Haré Rama Haré Krishna' (1971) starring Dev Anand.
She featured in several hit films such as 'Yaadon Ki Baaraat' (1973), 'Roti Kapada Aur Makaan' (1974), 'Ajanabee' (1974), 'Don' (1978), 'Satyam Shivam Sundaram' (1978), 'The Great Gambler' (1979), and 'Qurbani' (1980).
