New Delhi, Dec 29 (ANI): Former Delhi Chief Secretary, Umesh Sehgal on Sunday slammed Aam Aadmi Party and Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal for the transfer of nine IAS officers including the CEO of Delhi Jal Board. He said that the party is involved in witch hunting.
