New Delhi, March 19 (ANI): A candidate of the Aam Aadmi Party Mahender Singh, who was going to contest for the upcoming general elections, withdrew his name and accused party colleague and former Delhi minister Rakhi Birla of demanding money from him. Reportedly, another AAP candidate Khalid Pervez, who had received a party ticket for Moradabad seat from Uttar Pradesh, also withdrew his name. Meanwhile, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra, blamed the party's greed for power behind the withdrawal of candidatures. Slamming the Aam Aadmi Party, Congress leader Satyavrat Chaturvedi that said AAP did not have a strong base.
