Shah Rukh Khan's "Chak De! India" had raised the bar quite high for sports films by doing a few things differently in the film. Before the film opened in theatres, the makers released a promotional video in which coach Kabir Khan (SRK) was seen introducing his girls' hockey team to the world.

Aamir Khan seems to have taken a leaf out of Shah Rukh's book. He too will soon be shooting for a video which will be used to present his "Dangal" daughters — Fatima Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra. However, in the promotional track, Aamir will play himself and not his character (Mahavir Singh Phogat) from the biopic.

"It's not just another, run-of-the-mill promotional video. It will introduce two new girls. Since Aamir's promotional video in Delhi Belly was a massive hit, the makers of this film thought of coming up with a special number for this movie too. Aamir is excited about working on the video," the Hindustan Times quoted an insider as saying.

Aamir's upcoming film has grabbed headlines mostly for the drastic physical transformation he has gone through. The actor had to gain as much as 25 kilograms to play the aged Mahavir and later lose a little over what he had gained for the younger part.

It is a lot of hard work, but the superstar makes it sound like a cake walk. He told the leading daily that one needs to make sure that one burns more calories than he/she intakes.

"While working on your weight, diet gets 50% weightage while exercise comprises 30% and 20% weightage is given to rest. Only that balance will give you desired results and yet keep you healthy," the publication quoted Aamir as saying.
