Patna, Oct 27 (ANI): Taking a dig at the Congress-led UPA Government at the Centre, BJP’s Prime Ministerial Candidate, Narendra Modi on Sunday said that 80% of promises made by the UPA in 2009 haven’t been fulfilled and therefore it was now time for them to go.
