Happy Independence Day
India celebrates the 69th Independence Day on Saturday, 15 August and the celebrations will be flagged off in New Delhi at 7 pm.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Ministers Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitley, Former PM Manmohan Singh, LK Advani and many other dignitaries have arrived in New Delhi to attend the Independence Day parade early on Saturday.

Various parades and events will be organised in different parts of the country to remember the freedom fighters who struggled to achieve freedom from British rule.
