New Delhi, Dec 06 (ANI): India will observe five-day state mourning as a mark of respect for former South African President and anti-apartheid icon, Nelson Mandela, who died on Thursday. The government on Friday said the national flag would fly at half-mast till Tuesday. Earlier on Friday, both houses of Parliament were adjourned after tributes to Mandela, a rare gesture for a foreign national.
