Muzaffarpur, Mar 3 (ANI): Addressing a huge gathering of supporters during the 'Hunkar Rally' in Bihar while sharing the dais with LJP chief Ram Vilas Paswar, BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi said that the Congress will development only when the Congress will stop ruling the country. Modi also added that the 3rd front consists of parties which have constantly saved Congress, sometimes by will and at times due to fear of CBI.
