Yamaha's much-awaited YZF-R1 and R1M are now official in India with the company listing both the models on their official website with their price tags.

The duo, Yamaha YZF-R1 and R1M, measure 2,055mm in length, 690mm in width, 1,150mm in height and 1,405mm in wheelbase. Powered by 998 cc liquid-cooled, parallel four-cylinder engine that can pump out 147.1kW (200.0PS) @13,500rpm and a peak torque of 112.4 Nm (11.5 kg-m) @ 11,500rpm, Yamaha YZF-R1 and R1M get 17 litre fuel tank.

While R1M has been priced at ₹29, 43,100 (Ex-Showroom Delhi), YZF-R1 comes with a price tag of ₹22, 34,300. The 2015 Yamaha R1M is available in Silver Blue Carbon and the YZF-R1 comes in two colours: Racing Blue and Racing Red.

Based on an aluminium deltabox frame, both Yamaha YZF-R1 and R1M gets telescopic forks suspension at the front and a swing-arm link suspension at the rear. They also feature 320mm hydraulic dual discs in the front and a 220mm disc for the rear.
