It looks like Hero Motocorp is ready to launch its new avatar of Hunk motorcycles as the pictures doing round the web suggest that the facelifted two-wheeler has started arriving at dealerships ahead of the launch.

While the 2015 Hero Hunk facelift was caught on camera before also, the latest one from Motoroids shows the new avatar of Hunk at a dealership yard, suggesting that the launch is not far off. The spy shots show a 2015 Hero Hunk with saree guard and crash guard - an indication of the imminent launch.

From what we hear about the updated avatar, Hero Hunk will flaunt a new headlight, new graphics and a mildly tweaked instrument cluster.

The design of the new Hunk is the same as the current one and is likely to get 149.2cc, air-cooled, four-stroke, single cylinder unit that develops 15.6 BHP @ 8,500 rpm and 13.5 Nm of torque @ 7,000 rpm mated to a five-speed transmission, the same engine which also does duty in the Xtreme Sports motorcycle.

When launched, the new Hunk facelift will be pitted against CB Unicorn, CB Trigger, CBR 150R and the latest CB Unicorn 160 in the 150cc segment.

The updated Hunk is expected to be priced at a premium of Rs 5,000 than the old model.
