Much before the release of Anurag Kashyap's "Bombay Velvet", the film has been in the headlines almost every day.

The makers of the film have released the behind-the-scenes video, which will take us to the 1960s with an amazing set.

From the behind-the-scenes video, it is sure that the upcoming Bollywood crime drama has a lot to offer the fans of Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar.

The video begins with Anurag giving instructions to the crew members of the film. The video also shows the major highlights of the film, including the huge 1960s set, the most hardworking actors, never-tiring crew, 10,000kg costumes, 25,000kg art material, more than 200 vintage cars and more than 600 crew members every day, in order to create the magical world of "Bombay Velvet".

"Bombay Velvet", which is the most expensive project in Anurag's career, becomes one of the most awaited films of the year.

Ranbir-starrer, based on historian Gyan Prakash's book "Mumbai Fables", deals with the story of a boxer and an aspiring jazz singer, played by Ranbir and Anuskha.

Meanwhile, Bollywood's romantic film-maker Karan Johar will be seen as a badman in the crime drama.

"Bombay Velvet", which also has Kay Kay Menon, Manish Choudhary, Raveena Tandon and Siddharth Basu in pivotal roles, is set to hit the screens on 15 May.
