New Delhi, Jan 23 (ANI): A 1993 Delhi bomb blast victim and former leader of Congress M S Bitta demanded a probe behind the delay in the execution of death row convict, Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar, after apex court's recent verdict that commuted death sentence of 15 death row inmates to life imprisonment.
