New Delhi, June 04 (ANI): The first session of the 16th Lok Sabha convened on a sad note on Wednesday, with a tribute to senior BJP leader and union rural development minister Gopinath Munde, who was killed in a car accident yesterday. The session got underway with protem speaker Kamal Nath paying tribute to Munde and asking for the house to observe two minutes of silence. Nath praised Munde's work and recounted his long and illustrious political career in Maharashtra, which culminated in his appointment as the minister for rural affairs. After paying tribute to Munde the house was adjourned till Thursday.
