The 'final' trailer of "The Amazing Spider-Man 2", starring Andrew Garfield as the young Spider-Man, is out. The new promo reveals a whole lot about the film.

The trailer kicks off with Spidy leaping from New York's high-rise buildings. As Peter Parker declares he is in love with everything about being the web-slinging superhero, we are introduced to the Oscorp scion Harry Osborn played by Dane DeHaan.

But the long-lost friendship moves to a whole new level as Parker is introduced to misgivings of Oscorp, and he comes across bigger and darker secrets in his late father's secret confession tapes on Oscorp.

Jamie Foxx as the menacing Electro was introduced in the movie's first trailer. And the latest two-and-a-half minute trailer goes on to the next level with stunning visual effects-laden fight scenes between the superhero and his three nemeses: Electro, the robotic-suited Rhino (Paul Giamatti) and the Green Goblin (DeHaan) in individual sequences.

Garfield's real life girlfriend Emma Stone returns as Parker's love interest Gwen Stacy but with only a limited appearance in the final trailer of the film.

The action-packed, energetic trailer will be the last one, before the film opens in India and overseas markets on 18 April, while 2 May is set as the official US release date.
