The audio and the trailer of Siddharth-Lakshmi Menon's upcoming film "Jigarthanda" was released on Monday (3 March).
The music launch event was a grand affair with the presence of celebrities including director Karthik Subbaraj, Siddharth, music composer Santhosh Narayanan, Bobby Simha, SJ Suriya, Bharathiraja, Ram, Arun Vijay, Ashok Selvan, Madhan, Kasthuriraja, AL Vijay and Balaji Sakthivel among others.
The film's album has nine tracks by composer Santhosh Narayanan. The film's track list was revealed a few days ahead of the audio launch.

"Jigarthanda" is director Karthik Subbaraj's second outing post the stupendous success of "Pizza." The musical gangster flick is one of the most-awaited films of 2014. The film's teaser which was released last month has already generated a lot of buzz about the content. The trailer is sure to build the curiosity factor among fans.
Apart from Siddharth and Laskhmi Menon, "Jigarthanda" has Bobby Simha, Karuna, Guru Somasundaram and Prathap Pothen in pivotal roles.
The film's cinematography is handled by Gavemic U Ary and editing is done by Vivek Harshan. The gangster flick is expected to hit the screens in summer 2014.
