Here is the review roundup of "Brindavana"
GS Kumar of The Times of India says, "The director seems to know the pulse of Darshan fans as well as Kannada audiences. In Brundaavana, a remake of Telugu movie Brundaavanam, he has excellently mixed comedy, action, sentiments and romance with rich lively narration that perfectly suits the character of Darshan."
Talking about the performances of the actors, Sify says, "Though the movie is not a one-man show, Darshan steals the show with his performance. In full contrast to his original mass hero image, Darshan is seen as an out and out class hero. Milana and Karthika have just managed to pull things off, without impressing much. The comedy by Sadhu Kokila and Prathap are the highlights of the movie while Sampath Raj and Saikumar have done justice to their roles."
According to Indiaglitz, "The length of this film is the only minus point but everything is engaging and entertaining for family audience. The treat for the fans and family audience is like how three best hotels food is served at a time for lunch."
According to Chitraloka, "The film is likely to join the ranks of Sarathi, Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna and Bulbul as a big hit in the career of Darshan. V Harikrishna's music, Ramesh Babu's cinematography have been ably utilised by K Madesh."
Verdict: Watch it for Darshan
