The word from the "Bigg Boss 5" house in Karjat, Maharashtra, is all about the behavior and attitude of contestant Pooja Misrra. The 27-year-old model was accused, by recently eliminated contestant Gulabo Sapera, of eating "incense sticks to get high".
Misrra, a video jockey, talk show anchor and Page 3 socialite, is believed to be a rather sensual woman, who came to prominence on the back of her talk show, "Jab We Talk" on the B4U television channel.
Over time, Misrra's persona in the show became glossier and sexier. At one point, according to reports, she was even receiving marriage proposals from men who called in to the show. The show seemed to set her career, as a successful anchorwoman, on the right path. In addition, Misrra is a dancer, with a number of stage performances and appearances in videos - "Bandya" and "Mohabbat Kya Hai" - to her credit. The VJ and model even has her own fashion line, "Caliente".
Misrra previously participated in another reality show, "The Big Switch", on UTV Bindass, where, according to reports of the day, her devil-may-care attitude led to quite a few fights with other participants.
Moreover, a few years back, she accused actress Isha Koppikar and a few other celebrities of stalking and harassing her; a report that created quite a lot of confusion in the fashion and film industries.
Misrra's attitude on the show has reportedly annoyed other contestants. She has, previously, been nominated for elimination. However, a combination of her glamour and a degree of people-management skills has kept her alive so far.
