Jr NTR's latest movie "Baadshah" is still going strong at the US box office.

"Baadshah" which was released on 5 April has already been declared a hit. The movie is raking in good business in India as well as overseas. At the end of the third weekend, "Baadshah" has collected around ₹6.81 crore in the US.

"Telugu film #Baadshah [3rd Weekend] USA Fri $ 5,574, Sat $ 10,690. Total so far: $ 1,261,960 [₹6.81 cr]," trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

"Baadshah" had earlier earned a total of ₹6.72 crore after the second weekend at the US box office. Directed by Sreenu Vaitla, "Baadshah's" story is about a young man who seeks revenge for the death of his foster brother in a bomb blast. Jr NTR appears as Rama Rao and Baadshah in the movie.

Kajal Aggarawal plays the female lead. "Baadshah" is boasting of an ensemble cast including Siddharth, Kelly Dorji, Navdeep, MS Narayana, Brahmanadam, Nassar and Vennela Kishore.

Even as Jr NTR's fans are reeling from the success of the movie, the actor has started working in his next project with director Harish Shankar.

On Saturday, Harish Shankar of "Gabbar Singh" fame released the first look poster of Jr NTR's "Ramayya Vasthavayya". The poster shows a dashing Jr NTR holding a gadha (an ancient Indian mace) in his hands. The poster has received great response from Jr NTR fans.

The young tiger of Telugu cinema will reportedly be seen as a student leader in this action entertainer. The films' shooting is already progressing at a rapid pace. Actress Samantha plays the female lead. Shruti Haasan appears in a crucial role. S Thaman of "Baadshah" fame scored the music for "Ramayya Vasthavayya".

The film is slated for release on 9 August.
