Television actor Vivek Dahiya, who plays the role of ACP Abhishek on "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein," completed one year on the show recently. The past one year has not just helped him grow professionally but personally as well. Vivek met his fiancée Divyanka Tripathi on the sets of "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" and his performance on the show bagged him the lead role on upcoming show "Kavach."

"I am fortunate that YHM happened in my life. It is a huge platform. The show manages to entertain millions of fans globally. Initially, I was supposed to be there for a month and now it's been more than a year that I have been part of the project. YHM has proved lucky for me professionally and personally," Vivek told Tellychakkar.com.

Talking about if "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" has been a game-changer for him, Vivek said: "Absolutely, it has. Because of YHM, I am playing a main lead in Balaji's upcoming show Kavach. I always wished to be a part of the Balaji banner and finally my dream has come true."

There were also reports that Divyanka and Vivek had been approached to participate in the eighth edition of the celebrity dance reality show "Nach Baliye." However, the couple is yet to decide on it.

Amid their hectic work schedule, the lovebirds are trying their best to dedicate some time to their relationship. A few months ago, Divyanka and Vivek mixed work with pleasure while they were in Sri Lanka for an event.

The couple will tie the knot in July this year. They are apparently planning an elaborate Hindu traditional wedding, which will be held either in Chandigarh or Bhopal. Soon after the wedding, they will also host a grand reception in Mumbai for their TV industry friends.
