Xiaomi is celebrating its first anniversary in India by hosting a series of week-long deals and exciting offers.

The Chinese tech giant successfully sold its Mi Band on its website without registration on Monday and will conclude the anniversary celebrations with the Mi 4i 32GB launch sale tomorrow, 28 July, at 2 pm. The new variant will serve as an addition to the existing Mi4i 16GB model.

The Xiaomi Mi 4i 32GB variant will be available in dark grey on the company's official online store, Mi.com. It will be priced slightly higher than the 16GB models, at Rs. 14,999. Prior registrations are mandatory for the Mi 4i launch sale. There is no word from the company on whether the handset will be available through its online and offline retail partners.

Xiaomi did not reveal how many units will be available on sale on Day 1 but the stock is expected to be limited. Interested buyers must log in to their Mi accounts ahead of the sale and be ready to make the purchase as soon as it becomes available.

All the features of the Xiaomi Mi 4i remain unchanged except for the storage capacity. The handset is powered by a second-gen Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor backed by 2GB RAM and Adreno 405 GPU for graphics.

The Mi 4i features a 5-inch Full HD display and boasts a 13MP primary camera with f/2.0 aperture and dual-tone flash. On the front side, the flagship device features a 5MP sensor for selfies.

Xiaomi Mi 4i runs on the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with MIUI 6 on top and has a 3,120mAh battery for lasting hours.

In order to make the purchase simpler, Xiaomi has a dedicated Mi Store app that displays all products and accessories. The Mi Store app is available for download via Google Play Store.
