Dera Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh's sequel to "MSG: The Messenger" might have not have created wonders at the box office, but the poster of the film has entered the Guinness World Record.

The Guinness World Records approved the poster of "MSG 2 The Messenger" created in Sirsa, Haryana, on 9 September, 2015, as the world's largest, beating Prabhas starrer "Baahubali – The Beginning" record.

The poster, measured at the Shah Satnam Ji Cricket Stadium, is 5,969.61 m² (64,256.34 ft²) in size and features Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, according to the Guinness World Record.

"Superb #Craze4MSG2 among fans! Set a World Record by unveiling the largest film poster of 64258.47 sq feet. Congrats!" Gurmeet Ram Rahim tweeted.

The poster featuring Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh was made in promotion for his film "MSG 2 The Messenger" in 2015. The film also created a record for the largest greeting card mosaic that measured 398.47 m² (4,289.06 ft²) on 22 August, 2015.

"MSG2" shattered the previous records created by "Baahubali". The poster of SS Rajamouli's film was 51598.2 sq. ft (4,793.65 m²) in sized and Global United Media Company was behind the idea of creating the poster, which was designed by the director himself.

"You don't get to do things like these every day and a big thank you to the entire team to make this wonderful event happen. A special thanks to producers Shobu Yarlagadda, Devineni Prasad and director Rajamouli," Global United Media managing director Prem Menon told IANS in 2015.
