Katrina Kaif and Sidharth Malhotra are excited about their upcoming film "Baar Baar Dekho" and it's becoming evident with each passing day.

The actors were denied boarding on an Air India flight (AI-317) to Mumbai because they delayed it for over an hour; they were said to be mingling with a group of fans at the duty-free area of the Indira Gandhi International Airport.

Katrina and Sidharth were scheduled for take-off at 9:40 p.m., but officials did not permit the "Baar Baar Dekho" actors to board the plane after they failed to get on it even when it was 10:45 p.m and the passengers had begun to complain.

The Air India staff said that Sidharth and Katrina weren't deplaned and they were issued boarding passes. "They chose not to travel as part of their own decision," officials further elaborated.

However, turns out the duo never intended to board the flight and had entered the airport just to interact with fans and promote the film. "They misguided the airline and the security agency by posing as fliers," a CISF official said.

In other news,"Baar Baar Dekho" is a special film with many firsts. It is Nitya Mehra's maiden attempt at direction; the romantic-drama brings together two young and good-looking stars —Sidharth and Katrina — who haven't been paired previously. "Baar Baar Dekho" is a love-story with a time-travelling twist.

"The theme of this film is unusual, for it takes you through time. When you look back and retrospect, you think of all the things that you should have said to your loved ones and I hope this film becomes a game-changer," Nitya told the Indian Express.

Meanwhile, the buzz around "Baar Baar Dekho" is immensely positive. Early reports indicate that the film is likely to register good numbers in the opening weekend itself. Experts say, the songs — "Kala Chashma" and "Nachde Ne Saare" — topping the charts have given the film a big jump.
