Confirming the news, Biebs wrote, "Only @mileycyrus. Lol. It's true. I'm performing on the #vmas!! #bieberisback :)" as caption to a photo, which features semi-nude Cyrus, whose breasts are covered by cut-outs of Bieber's face.

The song will be released on Friday, 28 August, and many popular faces and voices in Hollywood, including Ben Stiller, Kendall Jenner, Chris Martin, Ellen, Mark Wahlberg, Michael Buble and others are promoting "What do You Mean?" via social media.
