The Pro Kabaddi League 2016, like every other season, will be nothing but a starry affair. The opening ceremony of the third season of the tournament will see Bollywood A-lister Aamir Khan, who is regarded as one of the finest actors in Indian cinema at the moment, lend his voice to the national anthem before the day's matches kickstart.

Saturday marks the opening day of Pro Kabaddi League 2016, and while the first match will see Telugu Titans taking on defending champions U Mumba, the second match will see Dabang Delhi take on last season's runner-up Bengaluru Bulls at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Vizag.

Apart from Khan, there will be a dazzling electrifying performance by the 'V-Company', the winners of a recent dance reality show, 'Dance Plus'. As many as 30 mesmerising dancers will set the stage on fire on the opening day of the league this year more exciting.

The Vizag leg will see a total of seven league matches over the next three days, and South superstar Rana Daggubati has been roped in as one of the brand ambassadors of Pro Kabaddi League 2016, and Bollywood actress Aditi Rao Hydari of "Wazir" and "Rockstar" fame, will also be seen adding to the patriotic fervour by singing the national anthem.

In the past two seasons, the Pro Kabaddi League has seen the top Bollywood stars as well as the sportspersons taking to the mic to render "Jana Gana Mana" prior to the start of the regional leg matches.

Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt and Rupam Islam were some of the stars of the past season.

Meanwhile, Kannada star and "Raja Huli" actor Yash, whose promotional song supporting Kabaddi, went viral on social media, is also expected to be present at the opening ceremony on Saturday.
