Following the week-long break, "The Originals" is returning with Season 2 Episode 8 "The Other Girl in New Orleans" on Thursday, 3 December. The Mikaelsons are at war with almost all the other vampires, thanks to a prophecy about the "Original" family's downfall.

However, there is one particular ancient vampire that will be the object of Klaus' (Joseph Morgan) wrath in the upcoming episode – his first love Aurora (Rebecca Breeds). In the previous episode "Out of the Easy", we saw the Mikaelsons hosting a Thanksgiving Dinner for Aurora, Tristen (Oliver Ackland) and Lucien (Andrew Lees).

Things went south pretty fast, especially after Aurora revealed that she has hidden Rebekkah's (Claire Holt) body under the sea. Klaus, who was keeping his cool with Aurora, and seemingly still has feelings for her, snapped Tristen's neck in anger and asked her to return his sister. He also warned Lucien of the dire consequences if Cami (Leah Pipes) were to be hurt in any war.

The fans, especially Klamille shippers, know how deeply Klaus cares for Cami. He has, however, been repressing his feelings because of the harm it would put her in, if his enemies knew they were close. Aurora has kidnapped Cami from Lucien's apartment, realising exactly those fears, and has turned her into a Vampire, judging by the bit mark on Cami's neck.

Aurora will be seen using Cami as leverage on Klaus till he returns her brother Tristen unharmed. However, Klaus is not going to let Aurora get away with hurting Cami and in the promo we see him snapping Lucien's neck just after he suggests "Let Cami die".

It would be wonderful to finally see Klaus realise what we have all known for a long time, and prove to everyone just how much he truly loves Cami in the upcoming episode. We have a feeling that is exactly what is going to happen, since Aurora is throwing Cami to the floor after threatening, "Nick had better give me what I want" in the promo.

Watch out for Season 3 Episode 8 of "The Originals" at 9.00 pm (EST) on Thursday, 3 December. You can also live stream "The Other Girl in New Orleans" via CWTV
