This week's episode of "Grey's Anatomy" will see Wilmer Valderrama's character Kyle getting readmitted to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital and spoilers doing the rounds indicate that Stephanie will be barred from treating him due to her personal relationship with the musician.

This is not going to please Stephanie, and according to her portrayer Jerrika Hinton, her character will get into some trouble with her superiors in the upcoming episode. "She defaults to the thing that she knows. And the thing that she knows is that kind of stubborn/hardheaded/get-it-done nature," Hinton told TVLine about Stephanie's reaction to Kyle getting admitted due to a new tremor. "She knows his case. Once they get a little more information she has a pretty good idea what the prognosis should be. And so she fights for that. That's what makes her good at her job. And that ends up getting her in a ton of trouble with her superiors."

There has been a lot of speculation regarding Hinton's future on the show, considering she's starring in Shonda Rhimes' ABC comedy pilot "Toast." But according to the actress, her character will stick around for Season 13 as well. "I feel very confident that there's more ground to explore next season," she added.

As for the other storylines, Thursday's episode titled "You're Gonna Need Someone on Your Side" will see Callie and Arizona's custody battle getting ugly. A sneak peek of the episode shows Jessica Capshaw's Arizona worrying about losing the fight as she feels her chances of keeping Sofia are slim.

"I just want to lie down," she tells Richard in the promo video. "I should because I'm going to lose this case. I am putting up a losing fight that's just going to hurt Sofia. And it's going to end up with me losing my little girl anyway because that woman is watching me be a terrible doctor and a terrible mother, which maybe I am. Today I feel like both."
