With Peter Florrick's (Chris Noth) trial underway, Alicia (Julianna Marguiles) will be constrained for time. Her date with Jason Crouse (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) will be interrupted again in Season 7 episode 17 titled "Shoot."

The last and final season of the CBS legal drama will indicate what's in store for Alicia's husband, Peter. Admittedly, his storyline has been the main plot of Season 7. In last week's episode titled "Hearing," he was summoned before a grand jury. Although his charges were still unclear, a Vulture article speculated that the governor of Illinois could be tried for corruption. This will be explored further and it remains to be seen how Peter's trial will affect Alicia and Jason.

[Spoiler Alert]

In the upcoming episode, Alicia and Jason's date will be short-lived again due to a problem at home. The summary (via TV Guide) states that the lawyer's daughter Grace (Makenzie Vega) will be accused of plagiarism.

Elsewhere in the episode, Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski), Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) and Cary Agos (Matt Czuchry) will defend a victim of gun-violence. According to a Carter Matt report, the lawyers will represent a father whose son was shot. Unfortunately, they will defend the father in a defamation law suit.

"The Good Wife" Season 7 episode 17 airs Sunday, March 20, at 9 p.m. on CBS. You can live-stream the episode via CBS All Access.
