Pakistani actress Veena Malik, who has forayed into Indian cinema, looked glamorous in golden gown at the premiere of her much-awaited film, "Super Model" held at Fun Republic, suburban Mumbai.
"Super Model" is a romantic thriller featuring Veena Malik and Ashmit Patel in the lead roles and it hit the theatres on Friday (27 September). Malik plays the role of a middle class girl who shoots to superstardom, and she has reportedly given a performance that can make men go weak in the knees.
"I am quite happy that my movie has released and making a buzz all over. I have proved myself as a supermodel," Veena Malik said in a press statement.
Ukrainian actress Nataliya Kozhenova, who is also seen in the film, said, "Super Model is an excellent movie and I feel glad to be part of this movie. I am happy people liked my performance."
Director Navin Batra said at the premier of "Super Model" that Veena and Fiji Island are the strength of the film.
"Today is a great day for me as my movie has released worldwide and its great achievement for a team of Supermodel. One of the USPs of the film is Veena and the lovely locations of Fiji Island," said Batra.
