The sequel of the mega-hit "Temple Run" game has got a new avatar. Sprint champion Usain Bolt, branded as the world's fastest man, is now featured in the game's list of superstar playable characters.
The "Temple Run 2" iOS version has been updated with the new character which is now available for download at ₹55. The endless running video game which is now powered up by a real-life character like Bolt is expected to receive good response from gamers. It was said that the Bolt character makes sense to the game, especially when gamers think about it from the angle of running.
According to reports, developers of "Temple Run" have also added a few power-ups for the new superman in the list. The new version is speculated to be available for a limited period. The Apple App store where the game is available for purchase shows a timer.
Interestingly, Bolt is a big fan of the game since the beginning and the top score of the athlete on Temple Run is 28 million.
The game "Temple Run" was first released in 2011 for iOS devices and received more than 170 million downloads. Last year, the app was released for Android which also hit more than one million downloads in three days. The sequel of the game was released earlier this year, and like the original version "Temple Run 2" was also received with good response.
