Toyota Kirloskar Motors has launched the limited editions of its Etios sedan and Liva hatchback in India, as part of its second anniversary celebration of Etios in the country.

The Xclusive edition cars, which are based on the G variants of the original models, come in both petrol and engine options. They packs new features like rear parking sensor, Bluetooth equipped audio system, premium seat fabric, chrome gear knob and 'Xclusive' badge.

The petrol version of Liva and Etios are priced at ₹4.95 lakh and ₹ 6.05 lakh, respectively, and the diesel-based Liva and Etios go for ₹6.05 lakh and ₹ 7.13 lakh. The company will sell 1,000 units of the limited editions in the country and will be available in white, grey and silver variants.

Vehicles in limited edition are the latest trend in the domestic auto market. Car makers are now trying to cash in on the festive season with the special editions. A couple of days ago, Mahindra launched the special edition of its iconic Scorpio. Toyota is also expected to bring the limited editions of Corolla, Fortuner and Innova to the market.

The current version of Toyota Etios sedan petrol variant is priced between ₹5.45 lakh and ₹7.08 lakh, while the diesel version of Etios go for ₹6.70 lakh to ₹8.15 lakh. On the other hand, the Liva hatchback petrol models are priced between ₹4.46 lakhs and ₹5.99 lakhs, while the diesel model falls in the ₹5.72 lakh and ₹6.38 lakh bracket.
