Tony Awards is the biggest night for all theatre lovers and this year is going to be extra special and exciting, mostly thanks to "Hamilton." Lin Minuel Miranda's rap musical about Alexander Hamilton, one of the founding fathers, is astronomically popular and is widely predicted to be the big winner on Sunday night.

'"Hamilton" has been nominated for a record 16 nominations in the Tony Awards 2016 including Best Musical, Best Book of a Musical for Miranda, Best Original Score (Music and/or Lyrics) Written for the Theatre for Miranda and Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical for Miranda and Leslie Odom Jr. Best be prepared to hear "Hamilton" over and over again during the ceremony.

Another great appeal for Tonys 2016 is the fact that "Late Late Show" star James Corden will be the host this year. Himself a Tony winner, Corden is expected to be exceptionally entertaining and hilarious, considering the high standards he has set for himself with segments like "Carpool Karaoke" and "Talking Mentalist."
