Bollywood newbie Sushant Singh Rajput's love life is reportedly in trouble.
Sushant, who made a remarkable transition from television to films, has been in a relationship with television actress Ankita Lokhande. The couple is also said to be living-in.
But reports have hinted at that all is not well between the couple. Recently, the duo had a showdown while the actor was shooting in Yash Raj Studio in Andheri.
The "Pavitra Rishta" actress confronted boyfriend Sushant and asked for his phone. After going through the phone records, Ankita is said to have slapped him in public and sarcastically thanked him. Soon after the incident, a red-faced Sushant quickly went inside the studio avoiding the scenario.
However, when approached Sushant, his spokesperson, told Mid Day "There is absolutely no truth to this story. Sushant had a hearty laugh when he was told about it." Even Ankita downplayed the entire incident.
Sushant last release "Shuddh Desi Romance" had the actor romancing both Parineeti Chopra and Vaani Kapoor and had an astonishing 22 kisses in the film. But the actor had dodged all insecurities saying Ankita understood the nuances of the situation and made no qualms about it.
An earlier report had the actor praising Ankita and hinted at the possibility of marriage.
"I think marriage can happen anytime... It can be this year or next year," PTI quoted Sushant. "She is the stabilising factor in my life. It is because of her that my happiness gets multiplied and when there is a setback she holds me."
Sushant and Ankita met while working for Balaji Telefilms produced "Pavitra Rishta" and with the soap's success, they also emerged as the best telly pair and eventually became a couple.
