Stardust Awards, one of the most awaited annual awards of the year, was held in Mumbai on 14 December and the event saw a huge crowd of Bollywood celebs. 

For 2014, the prestigious Stardust Awards partnered with Colors and Sansui to celebrate and acknowledge Bollywood's talents and the films released this year. 

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Shahid Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Tabu were among some guests who graced the event.

Farah Khan's big budget film "Happy New Year" received the maximum awards including Film of the Year, Dream Director, Star of The Year (Male and Female) for Shah Rukh and Padukone respectively and Best Actor (Thriller) for King Khan.

The year 2014 also saw a lot of female oriented films and the women of Bollywood walked out with a lot of trophies. While, Chopra received the best actress (Drama) for her performance in "Mary Kom" and Rani Mukherji for "Mardaani" under Thriller / Action category, Kangana Ranaut received the Best Actress award for "Queen".
