Bollywood's heartthrob Shahid Kapoor is all set to tie the knot with Delhi-based student Mira Rajput on Tuesday, 7 July.

The soon-to-be married couple, along with their families, has already reached the capital for the celebrations.

The wedding will be a private affair and will be held at Mira's Chattarpur farmhouse, followed by an after-party at the Oberoi Hotel, Gurgaon, according to a report in The Times of India.

Post the wedding in Delhi, the actor will host a grand reception in Mumbai on 12 July.

The couple's wedding card, which went viral last week, was a brainchild of Shahid Kapoor.

"The credit for colour combination goes to Shahid as he was very particular about colours. From the peacock logo to the font, everything was chosen by Shahid," Ravish Kapoor, who designed Shahid and Mira's wedding card, told PTI.

He added that approximately 500 guests have been invited for the wedding as well as the reception.

The "Haider" star's close friends, including Vishal Bhardwaj, Vikas Bahl and Madhu Mantena, will grace the ceremony with their presence.

Reports have been doing the rounds that Shahid's ex-girlfriend Kareena Kapoor Khan and her husband Saif Ali Khan have also been invited for the wedding.

Interestingly, Saif was the first one to receive the wedding card.

However, it is not known that whether Kareena and Saif will be attending the wedding. The "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" actress had earlier mentioned that if invited, she would definitely attend.

Besides Kareena, Shahid has been linked to many Bollywood actresses, including Priyanka Chopra, Sonakshi Sinha and Vidya Balan, but it is unclear whether they have been invited or not.

Meanwhile, on the special day, Shahid will be blessed by his three mothers - biological mother Neelima Azim, stepmother Supriya Pathak and stepfather Rajesh Khattar's current wife Vandana Sajnani.

Gurinder Singh, leader of the spiritual group Radha Soami Satsang Beas, will be present on the special day to shower his blessings on the newly-weds.

Meanwhile, the "Udta Punjab" actor, who is judging the celebrity dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8", may have to skip his honeymoon.
