After "Raees" Vs "Sultan," it's time for "Raees" Vs "Kaabil." Trade experts have interesting insights on the box office war.

Talking to BollywoodLife, trade analyst Amul Mohan said Jan. 26, 2017 (the release date for both "Raees" and "Kaabil") is too far away, and that the marketing strategies for the films are not known at this moment.

"When two films with prominent stars in them come out together, there is always something to worry about. There is never one winner anymore. There will always be one movie which will clearly do better," he told the entertainment portal, adding that the premise is different in each of the films. While "Raees" is a biopic of sorts of a shrewd bootlegger, "Kaabil" focuses on the story of a visually-impaired person.

However, Amul was quick to add that even though Hrithik has a crazy fan following, "Shah Rukh is Shah Rukh."

Trade pundit Akshaye Rathi's take on the matter is different. He said it is ultimately the content that wins at the ticket window. "You cannot say, even today, that Ranveer Singh is a bigger star than Shah Rukh Khan, but it was Ranveer who beat Shah Rukh on Christmas last year. It's 'Bajirao Mastani' that beat 'Dilwale' last year. It's the battle of content and not the battle of stars," he pointed out.

What's interesting to note is "Kaabil" isn't the only film "Raees" is locking horns with. Ajay Devgn's "Baadshaho," loosely based on Emergency (of 1975), will also be releasing the same day as these two films. While director Milan Luthria is positive that the team will wrap up "Baadshaho" in time, sources say Ajay's tight schedule may come in the way.
