Superstar Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) gives film maker Karan Johar's party a miss despite being in town, raising eyebrows.

The bash, which was otherwise well-attended by many B-town top celebs including SRK's wife Gauri Khan, indicates their 'Kabhi-Haan-Kabhi-Na' kind of friendship.

It is rumoured that SRK and Johar's friendship has apparently fallen apart as they hardly interact with each other, although the two deny it.

Johar had thrown the party on 3 December at his residence to celebrate as the year comes to an end.

Spotted at the bash were Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Malaika Arora Khan, Amrita Arora, Sanjay and wife Maheep Kapoor, Manish Malhotra, Niranjan Iyengar, Anu Devan and Natasha Poonawala and Jitesh Pillai.

Karisma shared a photo on her Instagram page with the caption, "Flagging december #friends #chatting #yearendspirit #lovelytime."

Speculations were rife that all was not well between the two, when SRK failed to appear in the last season of Johar's popular TV chat show "Koffee with Karan."

Further, their absence at each other's parties for the past two years intensifies rumours surrounding the rift between the two.

Johar ditching SRK and joining hands with Salman Khan in his ambitious project "Shuddhi" is seen as an indication that things are just not fine between the two celebs.
