Samsung has released its flagship, Galaxy S8 and is expected to announce the much-awaited Galaxy Note 8 in August like its predecessors, but that's not all. The South Korean technology giant is reportedly planning another high-end handset from C-series called Galaxy C10.

The company is yet to reveal the release date of the Galaxy C10 but reports have suggested that it could happen in the third quarter of this year, which means it should arrive before the end of September. It won't come as a surprise if it is released in July before the launch of Galaxy Note 8.

Samsung China has started testing the Galaxy C10, according to Asia Business Daily (via GSMArena). The device is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor and comes packed with a 6GB RAM and a 64/128GB internal memory.

It is also reported that the handset will have a 5.5-inch display, measure 152.5x74.8x7.68 mm in dimension, house a 4,000mAh battery, and feature a Bixby button. The 64GB model will reportedly come with a price tag of 3,499 Yuan (around $515 / Rs 33.138).

It is not known if Samsung Galaxy C10 will be released outside China. The first handsets from the C-series -- Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 – were exclusive to Chinese market, and so too the Galaxy C5 Pro and Galaxy C7 Pro. However, Galaxy C9 Pro was released in India, giving a hope that the Galaxy C10 could follow its footstep.
