Sai Pallavi, Madonna Sebastian and Anupama Parameshwaran
Alphonse Puthren-Nivin Pauly's blockbuster movie "Premam" itself introduced three promising actresses to the Malayalam entertainment industry. Anupama Parameshwaran, Sai Pallavi and Madonna Sebastian were accepted well by the Kerala audience for their performance in the romantic family entertainer opposite Nivin.
While Anupama basked in the limelight before the film's release through the its two hit songs, it was Sai who became a fan-favourite for her portrayal the Malar miss, followed by Madonna, who played Celine in "Premam". All three actresses have bagged good roles in upcoming projects.
After winning the Miss Kerala 2014 beauty pageant, Gayathri bagged the lead role opposite Kunchacko Boban in the family entertainer "Jamna Pyari". The actress' girl-next-door character in the film was received well by the audience.
After acting in Tamil and Telugu projects, Chandini made her debut in Malayalam in dual roles in Unni Mukundan starrer "KL 10". Deepti made her acting debut in the movie "Nee-Na" and received positive response for her acting in popular filmmaker Lal Jose's film.
After enthralling the audience with her cute performances as a child artiste, the "Priyam" star made her entry as a female lead in Malayalam through Nivin Pauly-starrer "Oru Vadakkan Selfie". The actress was appreciated for her protrayal of the character Daisy in the G Prajith directorial, which also had Aju Varghese, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Neeraj Madhav in main roles.
Divya's entry to the Malayalam industry was a surprise for her. When she attended her friend's marriage in Ernakulam, she never expected she would bag a role opposite Fahadh Faasil in "Ayal Njanalla". Her character Heera in the film was a notable one. However, she works as an administration assistant with Fly Dubai.
Jewel is just two films old, but has starred opposite megastar Mammootty in both her movies. The two stages of Jewel's life as an adult and as an old woman were portrayed in the movie.
